We never touch your money.

You connect your own Stripe account. When a customer pays, Stripe processes the charge, deducts its standard processing fee, and the rest lands in your bank account in 2 business days. We don't take a cut.

Is this really one price?+

Yes. $179/mo for the whole platform — storefront, cutoff workflow, production sheets, Stripe Connect, AI assistant, multi-brand, API, webhooks. We don't tier features. We don't take a cut of your sales.

Do you charge a transaction fee on top of Stripe?+

No. Stripe takes its standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 for cards) and the rest lands in your account. We never touch the funds. We earn from your subscription, not from your sales.

What if I need something custom you don't offer?+

We build per-tenant custom features — extra reports, integrations into your accounting tool, workflow tweaks, white-label branding. Pricing starts at $49/mo per add-on; bigger builds are quoted individually. Get in touch via /contact.

What's the catch?+

There isn't one. Soft fair-use limits exist (we'd notice if a single tenant suddenly tried to run a 200-person operation), but no normal scheduled-production food business will hit them. We've never enforced one.

Where does customer money go?+

Directly to your Stripe Connect account, then to your bank — usually 2 business days for cards. We never touch the funds. You own the Stripe relationship; if you ever leave, your customers, payment history, and payouts stay with you.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+

No. Start the 14-day trial without a card. Add payment when you're ready to keep using the platform after day 14.

What happens at the end of the trial?+

Your account stays accessible read-only until you add payment. Existing orders continue to fulfill; new orders pause until billing is active.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. Self-serve onboarding takes under 30 minutes — pick a subdomain, import your menu, configure your cutoff, connect Stripe.

Can I bring my own integrations?+

Yes. Onfleet, DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Shippo, EasyPost, Algolia, Cloudinary, Plain, Resend Audiences, Twilio — all bring-your-own-key. We don't mark them up.
